HISTORY
STG Industrial Maintenance has been serving the Southwestern Region since 1989. We began in Tulsa, Oklahoma and migrated to the Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas areas. STG is not a franchise. It is a family owned business that is grounded in principles of community, business partnerships, family, pride in our work and integrity in our people and products. We serve each of one of our valued customers with an attitude of gratitude and we have a strict quality assurance policy that allows us to track customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

Our owners have extensive background in grounds maintenance, building maintenance, construction, floor care and specialty care maintenance as well as chemical engineering, Hospital level compliance and training and OSHA, HIPPA, and CAPPA training. Our owners also have over 15 years experience in the hospitality and service industry. Both our owners and management staff speak a total of 9 languages amongst them and have over 150 years experience in the industry combined. We are a DBE, SBE, MBE certified business and we are also a Disabled Veteran Owned Business and 8A certified. STG also has international business relations and clearances.


GREEN
• We only use green house products that are healthy for the environment and include no toxins, we recycle to help save land fills, and do everything possible to live healthy and reduce the impact on our earth. By living green and going green we reduce any negative impact on the planet in all possible ways.

• Many green products are packaged in recycled packaging, biodegradable, and contain no phosphates, chlorine, artificial fragrances, or artificial colors. The main goal of green cleaning is to use eco-friendly cleaning solutions, recycle, use organic products when ever possible, and promote methods that keep our environment healthy. Green certified companies go beyond products, they use green and eco-friendly cleaning processes and programs.

• We are proud to boast our recognition in the Construction Communications Review Journal as the Top Performing Janitorial Company for our contribution to the City of Phoenix Fire Station Project.
